This is a system of protecting vessels from abrasion and corrosion. This is achieved by lining the surface or inside vessels, pipes and tanks with Rubber or Alumina Ceramic tiles, both are resistant to abrasive material and most industrial chemicals.

This is the process of lining the Head and Tail pulleys of a conveyor belt to increase friction with the conveyor belt while protecting the shell from damage. Rubber lagging: this is the most common type of pulley lagging, which includes plain rubber lagging and grooved rubber lagging (including diamond, herringbone, and Chevron grooves). Rubber is a versatile material that can be customized in thickness, hardness, and type of grooves. Ceramic lagging: this is ideal for harsh environments where durable material and long service life are required. It is available with dimple or smooth ceramic tiles and with various coverage.

This is a process of joining two ends of a conveyor belt done after the belt is installed on a conveyor structure. F.R.M engineering does both cold and hot vulcanizing of joints and we offer this as a 24 hr service.
